Please note, we cannot exchange tickets with less than 24 hours notice.
Exchange or upgrade fees may apply. These fees are waived for Flex Pass holders.
For single ticket holders, fees are as follows:
- $5 per ticket exchange fee
- $10 per ticket exchange fee to move to an alternate production
