Rich Struthers

Rich Struthers, vice chair of the board, is the Chairman and CEO of Clearwater Capital Management LLC which he founded in 1998 to manage the portfolios of high-net-worth individuals. Prior to that he was the President and Director of Investment Advisers Mutual Funds and Executive Vice-President of Investments Advisers Inc (IAI) of Minneapolis. He has amassed forty years of experience in marketing, client service, operations, and portfolio management. 

Rich earned a A.B. in Economics from Ripon College and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. He has served on multiple corporate and non-profit boards, including Madison Funds and Ultra Series Funds, Security American Financial Enterprises Inc., Park Nicollet Health Services, Park Nicollet Foundation, HealthPartners, Inc., and the Struthers Parkinson’s Center. Additionally, he served on the investment committee of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet and on a fundraising committee for the Guthrie Theatre.

Rich and his wife Glenda have been long-time supporters of Gulfshore Playhouse and have made gifts to the Capital Campaign, Annual Fund and Standing Ovation Society. Rich serves on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Capital Campaign Committee. Rich and Glenda are residents of Naples and spend their summers in Minneapolis.
