Dennis Cheeks

My name is Dennis Cheeks! I’m most recently from Richmond, VA, and I went to Furman University where I got my BA in Theatre Arts. After that, I’ve worked in a few places and designed a few shows, but my biggest achievement so far was winning 15 plays in a Concord Theatricals giveaway. I’ve been working in electrics for theatre since my senior year of college, and I’m overjoyed to continue that streak at Gulfshore Playhouse in sunny Naples, Florida. Very recently I’ve developed a basic human obsession for watching movies, but I’ve been a longtime fan of Pixar, Drag Race and the color yellow. I also enjoy Legos and reading plays from time to time. Beyond excited to be here and I hope to see many alligators during my time here!
