Flow Yoga

Flow yoga classes tend to be a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement. They usually begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses.

 

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a type of yoga class that combines cardio, weight training, and yoga poses in a heated environment. It’s designed to burn calories, build muscle, and boost metabolism. Some say it’s a challenging yet rewarding class that can be a gateway to more traditional yoga.

 

Beginner Yoga

Beginner yoga classes are slower paced than other classes and focus on the fundamentals of yoga, such as proper alignment, breathing, and mindfulness. They can help you develop strength and mobility, and build muscle memory and body awareness.
