Gulfshore Playhouse’s “The Lehman Trilogy” challenges the cast of three with multi-generational roles

Three talented actors play multiple generations of characters in Gulfshore Playhouse’s latest production, “The Lehman Trilogy,” a three-act play by Italian novelist and playwright Stefano Massini.

The plot follows the lives of three brothers who immigrated to America and started an investment firm in 1844. Extending from the creation of the company to the collapse of the Lehman Brothers investment company in 2008, the play has won five Tony Awards and garnered international acclaim. “The Lehman Brothers” spans generations to tell the story of a company that adapted to changing society and was the fourth largest financial institution in the country when it filed for bankruptcy in 2008.
