Education Programs Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy for students choosing to cancel is a written notice to Gulfshore Playhouse staff, required at least 3 business days prior to the start date.

There is a 10% refund processing fee for cancellations, or tuition can be credited in full for transfer to another education program.

Refunds for cancellations requested within 3 business days of the program starting can result in a 50% refund of tuition or can be credited in full for transfer to another education program.

Transferred credits must be utilized within 6 months.

Cancellations requested after the class or camp has started will not be refunded.
