JAMES JUDY (Henry Bingham) is excited to be making his Gulfshore Playhouse debut in The Fox On The Fairway. His Broadway credits include Narrator/Mysterious Man in Into the Woods, Dewhurst in the original company of The Scarlet Pimpernel, and Fred in A Christmas Carol. Off-Broadway credits include Tin Pan Alley Rag with the Roundabout Theatre Company, Floyd in Fiorello with City Center Encores, 1,2,3,4,5 and The Gig with Manhattan Theatre Club, Lonny in Catch Me If I Fall at the Promenade Theatre, and La Boheme with the New York Shakespeare Festival. National Tours include Deaf West's Big River and South Pacific. Regional credits include Mr. McClam in Fly By Night at TheatreWorks-Palo Alto, Professor Kirk/Father Christmas in The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe at Syracuse Stage and many seasons at Williamstown Theatre Festival appearing in Inherit the Wind, Madwoman of Chaillot, 1776 and as Editor Webb in Our Town with James Whitmore and Calista Flockhart. Other credits include Half a Sixpence, The Gig and as Finian in Finian's Rainbow at the Goodspeed Opera House, George Bailey in A Wonderful Life at The Tennessee Repertory and at The Pioneer Memorial Theatre appearing in Enchanted April and as Peron in Evita and Javert in Les Miserable. TV Credits include Cosby, All My Children, and Trinity. James is so very grateful to Kathy and Sweet Pea for being his loving refuge. |
CAROL HALSTEAD (Pamela) appeared on Broadway in "Gore Vidal's The Best Man. Off-Broadway: "The Duchess of Malfi," "Walking Down Broadway","Pericles", "Easter Candy", "The Mask", and Alan Ball's " Amazing Adventures of Tense Guy" directed by Matt Lenz. Carol graduated from FSU in Tallahassee and the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco. She makes her home in New York City where she trains as a Second Degree black belt in Seido Karate. |
ERIC HOFFMANN (Dickie) An actor, director, and teacher, Eric recently completed a 3-year run as Officer Krupke in the 50th Anniversary World Tour of WEST SIDE STORY. This past year also found him playing Orgon in Tartuffe in Knoxville and David O. Selznick in Moonlight and Magnolias in Alabama. Eric's other credits include appearances at San Diego's Old Globe Theatre, Theatre Virginia, Pittsburgh Public Theatre, McCarter Theatre, and the Orlando Shakespeare Festival. He spent nine seasons at Washington DC's Shakespeare Theatre as a company member and instructor where his more than 20 credits included appearances in Hamlet, Measure for Measure, Henry IV and Henry V, Coriolanus, and Camino Real. His seven seasons with The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey include Falstaff in The Merry Wives of Windsor, Don Armado in Love's Labours Lost, and Dogberry in Much Ado About Nothing. His directing credits include Death of a Salesman, The Glass Menagerie, Barefoot in the Park, and The Crucible at theatres here and in Europe. He has made numerous Law and Order appearances and is also a frequent guest artist at universities across the country. |
MICHELE TAUBER (Muriel) most recently worked for the McCarter Theatre in A Christmas Carol. In the fall she performed the roles of "Vee Talbot/Nurse Porter," at the Provincetown Tennessee William's Festival in Orpheus Descending. Other recent Regional Theatre work includes; "Margaret" in The Savannah Disputation at the Olney Theatre Center in MD, and "Actress C" in pride @ prejudice for The Chester Theatre Company. NYC Stage: The Mint Theatre Company in The Charity That Began at Home, & two seasons with The Acting Company as "Mrs. Malaprop" in The Rivals, "Adriana" in The Comedy of Errors, O Pioneers & Macbeth. Regional Theatre work: Hay Fever at the R.E.P. in residence at the PTTP at the Univ. of DE, The Unexpected Guest, & The Sound of Music at Syracuse Stage, The Tempest at Alabama Shakespeare Festival, as "Joy" in Cinderella at The Olney Theatre Center, & "Popeye in The Miss Firecracker Contest. Other Regional; Indiana Repertory Theatre, Arkansas Repertory Theatre as "The Nurse" in Romeo & Juliet, & Hello Dolly, The Cleveland Playhouse in The Man of Moment, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival and three seasons with Texas Shakespeare Festival. NJ Theatre; Two River Theatre Company in The House of Blue Leaves, NJ Repertory in Women of Lockerbie, & The Forum Theatre Company as "Totie Fields" in Sophie, Totie & Belle. JENNY STRASSBURG (Louise) is thrilled to be making her Gulfshore Playhouse Debut and spending the winter in Florida! Originally from SC, Jenny has worked extensively in regional theatres around the country and New York City. Favorite roles include: Gwendolen in The Importance of Being Earnest (Dorset Theatre Festival), Audrey in Hank Williams: Lost Highway (Depot Theatre), and Lydia in Pride and Prejudice (Pioneer Theatre Company).
